I know, I know. Where the heck have I been? Lost in the land of birthday planning, wonderful houseguest (my mom), kid craziness, last week of school, room remodelling... I've had no energy or brain left to blog! But, I didn't want you to think I'd forgotten you. I'll leave you with this until I get things in order in this house again (give me another four or five days!):
Babies don't need a vacation,
But I still see them at the beach.
-Steven Wright
I read that in Reader's Digest the other day and howled. Yes, it's the little things that keep me going. :)
Have a great week and I'll be back soon to post the Suvi 7th Birthday Room Remodel!

We can't wait! You'll be an explosion of fun writing :)
I saw Steven Wright live and laughed so hard tears where running down my face the whole time.
Looking forward to pictures!
That's a great quote! Hope the remodelling goes well :)
I need a 32 year old bedroom remodel!
I hear ya with the birthday planning too.
so true. Good luck my friend with all your goings on.
I can't want to see Suvi's room! Enjoy your mom!!!
I can't wait to see the room, either! Love the quote, BTW.
Love Steven Wright. My favorite of his is his "diary" from when he was first born.
Day 1: Still tired from the move.
Day 2: Everybody talks to me like I'm an idiot.
Can't wait to see pics!
Hang in there! I think it's a crazy time for everyone right now.
Gosh, yeh, all those vacationing babies at the beach. I'm trying to plan a beach trip, but, maaaaaan, the thought of wrangling all the sandy kids exhausts me.
Let's take a nap, shall we? :-)
